YUNTENG YT- 950 Fluid Head

I've bought this fluid head a few months back when I was getting into video. I was on the hunt for an inexpensive fluid head to do simple panning and tilting , I've found the YT-950 . So why can't other tripod heads to do the job? That is because a fluid head produces a smooth panning and tilting.
There are other better and more expensive models out there like the Manfrotto MVH500AH . But for a cheapo like me starting to make videos, I won't even think about dropping a few hundred dollars on a fluid head. The YT-950 is the best option out there for me and I've read a number of good reviews for this inexpensive fluid head. This fluid head cost me $39 (as of July 2016) .

Without further ado here's a video I've taken around the CBD area in Singapore Enjoy!
I did not add any video stabilization in post production so the video you watched is the panning and tilting produced by the yt-950. If you've watched closely, some of the scenes aren't really smooth and wobbly as times. Not sure if it's my hands or the yt-950, it's definitely not my tripod.
The verdict:
Advantages:
1) Cheap
2) Fantastic build quality for it's price
3) Relatively smooth panning and tilting
Disadvantages:
1) Plastic quick release plate
2) The quick release locking system is hazardous
In conclusion:
It's a fairly good deal for a fluid head with such a good quality although there are some flaws but I can live with it. The quick release plate locking system is kind of hazardous as it automatically locks the plate once you insert the plate. While it locks it in place, the locking knob will slap back and if your finger is placed next to it, good luck to you! HaHa! Just kidding, it's gonna hurt a bit.
